Many Little Eyes (Watching You)

"Little known fact; did you know that Vultures have many little eyes? That's how I kept mine on you, grandson- I'm always watching."

No, that isn't actually something he says, but idk, I just wanted to do it XD
I drew Vulture! And though I really dislike the skulls, I'm quite satisfied with the way this came out?

Oh, and the biggest tattoos are faded more than the smallest ones. I thought this would fit, because I figured that Vulture didn't know how many dragons he'd kill, so he got big tattoos, and as he killed more and more, the older (bigger) ones began to fade, while the small ones were brand new. Make any sense?
